Refund Policy
KANTOR TELECOM Refund Policy
A professional installation technician will activate on address you are ordered on the day that your installation is scheduled for. If you decide, before installation date, that you would like to cancel you order, you can call us to cancel.
In this case you will have a full refund for services and installation charges and other fees.
If you decide to cancel after the installation was done, please inform us that you would like to cancel your order. At that point, the technician will fill out all necessary paperwork for the cancellation. Installation charges and other fees are not refundable.
Please note that after your KANTOR TELECOM service(s) has been installed and activated, you are obligated to the agreed-upon service agreement. From that point on, if you decide that you would like to break the agreement, you must do so by contacting the customer service department at KANTOR TELECOM. Please also note that at that point you can be subject to a penalty according to the agreement, if you have chosen the lease plan, you will be asked to return all equipment back to KANTOR TELECOM for your cost.
The KANTOR TELECOM equipment must be returned to KANTOR TELECOM in good condition and full and complete set(s) in order to receive the equipment refund. |
